Complaint Care believes in a holistic mechanism of complaint readdreassal
, wherein we uses Web and mobile application interface to ensure that Grievance
Readdreassal mechanism is easily
available at all places and is on real
time mechanism. We also vouch to capture complaints received in physical as
well as voice calls received through our mobile application and toll free
number.
The complaints are also addressed on real time
basis, as all the complaints in which
regulator/institution is identified i.e. available within our data base
is automatically i.e. on real time basis is forwarded to the institution and
regulator.
Complainant receives the confirmation email after
submitting the complaint along with desired credential verification. Complaint Care provides a complaint reference
number for tracking of the complaint. If the complainant is not satisfied with
the resolution provided by the institution, he/she can avail our legal/
technical assistance cell on request.
